Role Responsibilities
The Assistant Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial services and optimizing operational efficiencies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing internal and external month-end financial reporting for assigned clients.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Overseeing Client Contract Management Fees Charging.
  • Contributing to Monthly and Quarterly operational reports.
  • Conducting Client Reporting, including variance analysis and accruals.
  • Providing managerial support to Finance Administrators and Accounts Payable/Receivable staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal controls.
  • Driving continuous improvement in the Finance Function.
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and Senior Finance Director during audits and other tasks.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong background in finance who excels in building relationships and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Progress towards CA or CPA qualifications is highly regarded.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing complex deliverables.
  • Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

Additional Qualifications
Preferred candidates will also have:

  • A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Formal qualifications or progress towards finance-related certifications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex challenges.
  • Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
