About the Role

The Silver Chain Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled Resource Manager to join their team. This is a permanent position that requires exceptional communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and roster direct care providers to ensure continuous high-quality service to clients.
  • Analyse provider availability and allocate rounds to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor, manage, and action notifications received from providers.
  • Maintain data integrity within management systems to ensure accurate rostering and contractual compliance.
  • Process planned and unplanned leave, including holiday period leave.
  • Verify and follow up discrepancies in direct care providers' timesheets and authorisations.
  • Provide administration support to the Line Manager and team as delegated.
  • Support and implement continuous improvement of business processes.

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a rostering or scheduling position, excellent communication skills, and a strong eye for detail. They will also be flexible to work varied rosters and willing to travel to other offices in the Perth metro region.
