About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Your Nursing Agency. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities in their own homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication supervision
  • Provide light housekeeping duties, transportation, and social support
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families

About Your Qualifications:

  • Cert III or Cert IV in Individual Support or enrolment in a nursing or allied health degree program
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ideally, evidence of at least six months paid experience in a related role or demonstration of related roles, experience, or commitment to supporting people living with disability
