Business Analyst Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing our performance reporting framework.

About the Position

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and evolving reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Analysing operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Creating client-facing reports that clearly demonstrate results and improvement initiatives
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects and change management
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reporting meets business needs and drives value
  • Leveraging Business Intelligence tools, automation, and data visualisation to streamline reporting processes

With strong skills in Structured Query Language, Excel, and data visualisation, you will bring proven experience in data analytics, performance reporting, or a similar role, proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView, and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Data Analysis: Proven experience in data analysis, including data visualisation and reporting.

Billing System Expertise: Strong understanding of billing systems and their integration with financial reporting.

Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
