Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Geology Superintendent to lead our underground geology team at our Southern Goldfields operations. This permanent full-time position plays a key role in shaping the future of the site's geological success.

This is more than a technical role - it's a chance to lead people, influence operational decisions, and drive continuous improvement across geological functions. You'll be responsible for maintaining geological excellence across grade control, reconciliation, resource development, and compliance - all while fostering a strong safety and team culture.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all underground mine geology functions and ensure daily ore mining, geological reconciliation, and grade control standards are maintained to high quality.
  • Deliver and maintain the underground diamond drilling schedule, aligned with planning and modelling timelines.
  • Provide geological input into Life of Mine planning in collaboration with Technical Services and Corporate teams.
  • Drive improvements in dilution control and ore recovery to optimise site commercial outcomes.
  • Mentor and lead a team of geologists and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with geological budgeting, cost tracking and contractor management to support financial and operational efficiency.
  • Support training pathways, technical development, and capability uplift across the site geology team.
