Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive to join our team in Sydney.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career as an Account Executive and learn from experienced peers.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to experienced insurance brokers to contribute to client success, support Account Exec teams in building client relationships, assist with follow-up and collecting client payments, maintaining renewal trackers, and supporting renewal administration processes.

In this role, you will also offer high-level support through general administration and provide relief reception support as needed.

About You
  • Possess passion and interest in the insurance industry and be working towards Tier 1 and 2 qualifications.
  • Have 12 months experience in insurance, preferably in customer service, sales & service, or assistant account executive/broking assistant roles.
  • Be an organized individual with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be a true team player, supporting peers and enjoying helping others.
