Imaging Workflow Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Imaging Workflow Specialist to ensure the efficient coordination of radiologist workflows across NSW hospital contracts.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing daily radiologist workflows to meet reporting KPIs for NSW hospital contracts, build relationships with radiologists and external stakeholders, troubleshoot RIS/PACS issues, and proactively manage workload distribution.

About the Role
  • Optimize daily radiologist workflows to meet reporting KPIs for NSW hospital contracts.
  • Build strong relationships with radiologists, hospital staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot RIS/PACS and workflow issues, escalating when required.
  • Manage workload distribution, monitor unreported lists, and support backlog solutions.
  • Analyze workflow and contract performance data to support planning and reporting.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a radiology clinic in a clinical, clerical, or administration role.
  • Strong understanding of radiology workflows and IT systems (RIS/PACS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and working with performance data.
