Job Overview

The Axiom Tech Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's technical direction. This position oversees the design and development process, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.

  • Drive solution implementation that meets customer needs and lead delivery teams to achieve timely project completion.
  • Define clear success criteria and manage vendor patches, upgrades, environment setup, development, and testing tasks.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage multiple conflicting requests.
Key Responsibilities:

AxiomSL Expertise:

  • Develop and implement regulatory reporting and risk management solutions utilizing AxiomSL technology.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, focusing on customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Possess strong knowledge of Axiom objects (Aggregation, Data Models, Portfolios, Stream, and Instance Keys) including configurations and settings.
  • Communication:
    • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
