The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A proven track record in commercial cleaning or a related field is essential, along with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
  • Lead teams of cleaning staff to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, client interactions, and staff performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication within the operations team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Commercial cleaning experience: 1 year (minimum)
  • English language proficiency (native level)
  • Australia work authorization (required)
  • Current police clearance certificate (mandatory)
  • Full Driver's Licence (desired)
  • White Card (desired)
