Test Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Test Manager to lead our test team and deliver high-quality test solutions.

  • Develop and implement L&D plans for team members
  • Define and track OKRs for team members
  • Estimate resources required to support business needs
  • Hire skilled personnel in line with resource planning
  • Formulate and execute process improvement directions and programs to enhance overall effectiveness
  • Support the development of project plans and timelines
  • Provide project support for estimating, planning, and executing test events
  • Deliver high-quality test development and execution
  • Advocate and roll out the company's test strategy
  • Anticipate and communicate technology evolution in Test
  • Proactively provide technical expertise on test to the engineering community
  • Proactively develop and improve engineering processes and standards

About You:

  • Hold tertiary qualifications in computer science, software/electronics/systems engineering or demonstrated equivalent industry experience
  • Possess strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Have commercial experience managing and mentoring Test Engineers
  • Have 4+ years of commercial experience in System/Software testing, including test case design, development, and execution
  • Have programming experience in Python or C++/C
  • Have commercial experience working in an Agile environment

Desirable Skills:

  • Commercial experience testing embedded products
  • Commercial experience with ASPICE or CMMI compliance
  • Commercial experience with ISO26262 compliance or similar standards governing regulatory software development
  • Commercial experience using automated test frameworks, COTS Software & hardware
