About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated professional to partner with internal and external stakeholders, manage safety and wellbeing initiatives across 170+ restaurants nationwide.

This person will be responsible for leading technical and subject matter expertise, ensuring systems, processes, data, and documentation are fit for purpose and meet requirements.

The ideal candidate will be solutions oriented and naturally curious about process improvements that benefit teams, customers, and guests.

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in line with relevant legislation and industry best practice for all.
  • Develop and execute training and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
  • Manage crisis situations by conducting investigations on incidents and accidents, developing recommendations for improvement.
  • Own all communications relating to safety, health, and wellbeing, ensuring content is engaging and appropriate to leaders and teams.
  • Report and manage safety, health, and wellbeing data, analytics, and insights.
  • Lead relationships with state and territory regulators in collaboration with state-based teams.
