The Costa Farms and Logistics division is a nationwide supplier of logistics and supply chain management solutions tailored for retail and FMCG sectors, in addition to offering marketing services for growers' products through our market floor.

We are currently seeking Warehouse Operators to become part of our dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately picking orders for retail clients
  • Utilizing electric pallet jacks
  • Operating within a refrigerated setting
  • Stacking, wrapping, and organizing completed orders
  • Adhering to safety protocols and procedures
  • Potential weekend shifts may be necessary

Essential Qualifications:

  • Forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Experience in a warehouse setting, particularly within FMCG, is preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Capacity to perform repetitive lifting of cartons weighing up to 20 kg in a fast-paced environment
