This is a key role in our Head Office team where you will play a vital part in delivering and monitoring merchandise planning and inventory strategies. The successful candidate will ensure the right range is available to meet customer demand while achieving sales and margin objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end inventory management, including Open-to-Buy planning, allocations, and replenishment.
  • Collaborate with Buying teams on forecasts, assortment plans, and seasonal reviews to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide analytical support and reporting to Senior Leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone with extensive retail planning experience and a proven track record of achieving sales and margin targets. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, a strategic mindset, and advanced Excel skills. They should also have excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
