About the Role

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an experienced EHS Lead to join our team at the Seven Hills site. As a key member of our operational risk management team, you will be responsible for driving the health and safety performance of our site, as well as supporting the implementation of other operational risk initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement site-wide EHS strategies and initiatives to ensure compliance with legislation and global best practices
  • Lead EHS audits and action plans to identify and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with site management to ensure effective EHS policies, management systems, and controls are in place
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative EHS reporting to stakeholders
  • Support business continuity planning and emergency preparedness
  • Lead rehabilitation and return-to-work initiatives
  • Participate in Environment and Social Governance initiatives, such as energy conservation and waste reduction

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in EHS or safety management in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation and experience with regulatory agencies
  • Experience with Safety Management Systems and EHS auditing
  • Experience with rehabilitation and return-to-work initiatives
