We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Darwin. As a Retail Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences across Australia Post's retail network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews
  • Promote products and services through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Assist with mail lodgements and associated costs
  • Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting your colleagues to achieve our business objectives.

About You

We are looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic and reliable, with experience in customer service and/or cash handling. You should be comfortable working in a team environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • You will be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift
