About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Health Program Coordinator to join our team at the Kirby Institute, UNSW Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support to the program team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement project plans, objectives, and documentation, in collaboration with the program lead.
  • Liaise effectively with stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Extensive experience in project coordination and provision of logistical and administrative support in a similar role within an academic, medical, or research environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for deliverables produced.
  • Familiarity with UNSW grant application and management systems, including NHMRC, ARC, and other national and international research funding processes is desirable.
