As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organization. We are seeking an experienced Lease Administration Manager to join our Logistics team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in managing lease contracts, rent rolls, and tenant information with accuracy and timeliness.

  • You will be responsible for expertly responding to accounts payable enquiries, raising purchase orders, and maintaining SAP RE-FX lease registers with precision.
  • Additionally, you will diligently manage administration for lease contracts, coordinate the Lease Administration process according to policy and procedures, undertake filing and archiving, handle notices, update SharePoint, and issue correspondence.

Key responsibilities include working autonomously, prioritizing tasks, interacting with stakeholders, and possessing a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
