The ideal candidate will be a qualified and experienced educator with a strong passion for teaching and learning. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- To teach Health and Physical Education to students from Year Prep to Year 6.
- To prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- To assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- To maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Candidates must have a strong commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and values-driven learning environment. They will be expected to promote high standards of behaviour and academic achievement among their students.
Requirements- A relevant bachelor's degree or higher qualification in education or a related field.
- Current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
- Proven experience in teaching Health and Physical Education to students from Year Prep to Year 6.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
