P&C Coordinator Role

This is a pivotal role that requires collaboration with the People Services Manager to enhance HR processes and key tasks. The P&C Coordinator will provide support for employee onboarding, ensure processes align with established policies and procedures, and work closely with stakeholders on system improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Be the primary point of contact for employee and leader queries
  • Support HRIS management and process governance
  • Contribute to system and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate across the business to elevate the employee experience
About You:

We are seeking an experienced coordinator or administrator who can thrive in a team environment and be comfortable adapting to changing priorities. You will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within a comparable industry or large organization. A formal qualification in HR or a related field is preferred, but not essential. Key attributes include superior organizational skills, a high level of personal accountability, resilience, and a natural service orientation.

The selected candidate will be able to work effectively independently and as part of a supportive team, building strong relationships across the business. They will also be able to adapt to new processes and technologies, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
