As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store's back-of-house and cash operations are both organized and finely tuned for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offering customers exceptional service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience
  • Opening and closing the store and supporting other management team members when required
  • Processing and banking daily sales transactions
  • Inputting payroll information accurately and efficiently
  • Taking ownership of the store audit result and training others on store operations
  • Receiving and processing deliveries in a timely manner
  • Overseeing store operations to ensure seamless day-to-day functions

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards and implementing correction routines to directly contribute to elevating both direct and indirect customer-service experiences. Your partnership with the management team is crucial to boosting profitability through smart logistics and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

Knowledge:
  • Understanding what makes a great customer experience
  • Prior retail or customer-facing experience
  • Previous knowledge of cash management & payroll entry is an advantage
