**Job Overview:**

As a Harvest Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

**Responsibilities:**

• Harvesting: Harvest herbs at the peak of freshness and quality, adhering to established guidelines to maintain product excellence.
• Processing: Clean, sort, and prepare harvested herbs for packaging and distribution. This may involve cutting and packaging according to specified standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect harvested herbs for pests, diseases, and other quality issues, taking appropriate measures to maintain product quality.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all tools and equipment are properly cleaned, maintained, and stored after each use.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

**Requirements:**

• Ability to speak and understand English essential.
• Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
