Aviation Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Training Specialist to join our Aircraft Sustainment & Training team on a casual basis in Wagga Wagga, NSW.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality aviation training and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated industry experience as a qualified Aviation Maintenance Engineer (AME) or equivalent qualification.
  • A Certificate III/IV in Aeroskills or higher qualification is highly regarded.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or technical training instructor experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for developing effective relationships with stakeholders.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • This includes maintaining accurate records of training documentation and developing effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Guide and mentor Defence trainees and students in best practice within the aviation environment.
