Electrical Installation Team Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced team leader to manage our electrical installation team in the industrial sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team to deliver high-quality installations in industrial settings, including reporting project status, maintaining records, and participating in project planning and auditing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality electrical installations
  • Report project status and maintain records of work-in-progress
  • Participate in project planning and auditing activities
  • Oversee apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experienced leading a team on industrial sites
  • Ability to lead a team with an excellent attitude to safety
  • Highly productive team leadership skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Project Scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera)
  • Previous experience in job estimating and quoting
  • Quality Management experience
  • Budget management experience

Licences and Certifications:

  • Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech
  • NSW Electrical Licence
  • High risk work licence with WP Class
  • Working at Heights certificate within the past 2 years
  • LVR/CPR certificate within the past 12 months
  • White Construction Card
  • C Class Drivers Licence
  • National Police Clearance
