Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead and develop our team, supporting the Restaurant Manager in the smooth operation of the restaurant. As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading teams, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the smooth operation of the restaurant.
  • Use strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture, and drive costs down.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
