Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team at NPA WorldWide. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high-quality service to owners and tenants, and contributing to the continued growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of 80 commercial properties, ensuring timely completion of repairs and capital works.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Attend internal and external business commitments, representing NPA WorldWide with professionalism and expertise.
- Liaise with owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure properties are maintained in accordance with owner's instructions and safety requirements.
- Work closely with the leasing agent to screen prospective tenants, prepare necessary documentation, and produce market appraisals.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed in a timely fashion, including market appraisals and leasing agreements.
- Manage after-hours call-outs, providing 24/7 support to our clients.
- 2+ years of commercial property management experience, with a strong understanding of the local property market.
- A current real estate license and drivers license, with a reliable vehicle.
- Experience with Cirrus8 is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
- A hands-on approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
