Job Title:

As a strategic growth catalyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring high-value partnerships for scalable new programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will maintain robust relationships with existing Structured Finance partners and cultivate a network of industry professionals to pinpoint opportunities for Structured Finance across diverse channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored finance experiences and training to clients as required.
  • Develop and present regular business reviews, fostering meaningful connections with internal teams.
  • Address client inquiries efficiently and liaise with credit, operations, and senior leadership to drive positive outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Business Development and Relationship Management is essential, coupled with a customer-centric approach.
  • A proven track record of sales growth and the ability to onboard new customers or partners.
  • Expertise in Operating Lease and Rental products across medical and IT equipment is necessary.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, economics, or a related field are required.
  • A working knowledge of financial analysis and credit requirements is vital, alongside a solid understanding of Asset Finance and related products.
