About Us

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our Launceston team through an exciting period of growth and opportunity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and market share in the Branch while meeting the expectations of key stakeholders.

A key focus area will be to identify opportunities, drive performance, and foster strong relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.

This role requires proven leadership experience in a retail, agricultural, or mechanical industry, along with commercial and financial acumen, and solid analytical, business planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry, the local community, and machinery and equipment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and profitability in the Branch.
  • Execute the business plan and achieve financial performance goals.
  • Foster positive customer relationships.
  • Lead the team to success with excellent communication and employee development skills.
  • Collaborate with other branch managers to implement best practices.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
