We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an integral member, you will play a vital role in helping individuals recover from injury or illness and achieve optimal outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop strategies for safe return to pre-injury activities;
- Performing various assessments such as initial assessments, functional capacity assessments, and vocational assessments;
- Building rapport with key stakeholders throughout the recovery process;
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes;
- Conducting Activities of Daily Living Assessments and Support Needs Assessments to identify recommendations for services and support.
Requirements for this role include:
- Full registration with AHPRA;
- Allied Health Qualification in Occupational Therapy;
- Passion for injury prevention and facilitation of return to independence;
- Exceptional communication skills and commitment to delivering results;
- Current drivers' licence and access to own vehicle.
