About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Casual Professional to join our team on a casual basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support to students.

The successful candidate will be working at the HEP Level 3 classification, and the hourly rate for this position is $39.28.

Some of the key duties of this role include:

  • Providing high-quality, accurate, timely and documented advice to students on a range of general matters.
  • Providing high-level customer service.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop their skills in a contact center environment and work with various systems used in Student Services & Administration.

We are looking for someone who is fully available to work during peak enrolment periods and has flexibility to work extended hours as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fully available to work during peak enrolment periods: December, January, and February, and Mid-Year (July).
  • Available to work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
  • Flexibility to work during extended hours of normal operations as required.

You will also need to have proficiency in systems used in Student Services & Administration, particularly Student One and Right Now, and experience in a contact center environment.
