Culinary Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and service, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The Cook position is responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our employees. This involves daily prep tasks, ensuring consistency and compliance with recipes, and providing exceptional customer service in an open kitchen format.

Daily Tasks:

• Complete daily prep tasks, including food preparation, set up, and operation of a station
• Ensure consistency and compliance with recipes regarding portioning, cooking, and waste control guidelines
• Provide courteous and informative customer service in an open kitchen format
• Maintain a clean and safe work station

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience in the food service industry
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Possession of or willingness to obtain a food handlers card

• Ability to carry large heavy items (up to 25 lbs.)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours a day)
