Job DescriptionThe Senior Finance Analyst will report directly into the Senior Manager Program Controlling and will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Business Financial Performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing financial insights and promoting financial controls over the planning and reporting process
- Delivering strategic financial advice to drive financial performance and profitability
- Taking carriage of financial forecasting and performance reporting processes
- Linking business drivers with financial insights to drive profit and working capital optimisation
- Working in accordance with all processes, systems and tools to enable service delivery excellence
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A degree in Finance/Accounting or similar + CA/CPA (or working towards)
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a commercial corporate finance position
- Knowledge of budget development processes and analysis financial reporting, accounting standards and control frameworks
- Proven business partnership skills, including proposing and delivering solutions and developing networks
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
In return for your expertise, our client offers a highly competitive salary package, including:
- $120,000 to $140,000 + superannuation
- Excellent flexible working arrangements
