We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Total Tools. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for receiving and storing goods, maintaining a safe working environment, and overseeing inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and storing goods in a safe and organized manner
  • Overseeing a warehousing team to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management
  • Managing and maintaining inventory control systems to minimize errors and maximize efficiency
  • Supporting customer queries and providing solutions to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining store storage and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment

Requirements:

  • Previous receiving and warehousing experience
  • Methodical and well-organized approach to work
  • Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including customers and team members
  • Comfortable with technology and computer literacy
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays
  • Experience using a walkie stacker/forklift (with a current forklift license)
