About This Role:

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Strategist to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract and hire top talent. In collaboration with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders, this role will understand talent needs, build candidate pipelines, and enhance the overall recruitment process.

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment practices, including advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding.
  • Experience in building strategic talent strategies and recruitment plans with a focus on proactive talent sourcing methods.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization, providing subject matter expertise on contemporary recruitment and selection practices.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment compliance, processes, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Passion for delivering a thorough and informative recruitment process for our candidates.

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Strategist will work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that meet the company's needs. The successful candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end recruitment practices, including advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract and hire top talent.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand talent needs and build candidate pipelines.
  3. Enhance the overall recruitment process through proactive talent sourcing methods.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization and provide subject matter expertise on contemporary recruitment and selection practices.
  5. Ensure strong understanding of recruitment compliance, processes, procedures, and employment legislation.

What We Offer
