- Manage a portfolio of business banking clients and develop strong relationships with brokers and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow strong broker referral sources.
- Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice on risk and opportunities for growth.
- Leverage networks of internal and external contacts to identify new referral opportunities.
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in your local market.
- Discuss customers' proposed annual business plans.
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals with the support of our associate team.
What You'll Bring:
- Established network within the broker industry.
- Strong business development skills.
- Demonstrated experience within business and/or credit assessment.
- Comprehensive understanding of business/commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment, and control experience.
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
