About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transmission Line Technician to join our team at Western Power. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of electricity to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to network faults and perform repairs as required
  • Carry out construction and maintenance on overhead and underground distribution networks
  • Perform metering, services, and streetlight repairs
  • Complete customer-funded projects
  • Ensure safety is the top priority at all times
Requirements
  • Certificate III in ESI – Power System Distribution/Transmission Overhead (or equivalent)
  • Valid WA 'HR' Class Drivers Licence (subject to business requirements)
  • Industry experience
  • White Card
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to provide excellent service to our customers
