We are seeking Registered Nurses/Midwives to join our team in the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. As a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality nursing care and improve patient health outcomes across our sites.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred nursing care to patients across various sites in the Yorke and Northern region
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centred outcomes
- Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the needs of patients
- Provide health education, counselling, and rehabilitation programs to improve patient health outcomes
- Support and guide newer or less experienced staff, Enrolled Nurses, student nurses, and other workers providing basic nursing care
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Current practicing certificate
- Demonstrated experience in providing person-centred nursing care
- Effective communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workloads
- Supportive and friendly team environments across our sites
