About the Role

">

The Intake Team Leader will oversee and coordinate the intake, onboarding, and ongoing support of clients, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience throughout their journey with Gateway Health.

This pivotal role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated Intake Team in delivering a best-practice, holistic approach to care, empowering participants to access the supports and services that will help them achieve their goals.
