$65,000 - $80,000 per annum based on experience.

We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our culinary team. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a luxury brand standard, working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

• A trade-qualified Commis Chef with background in a hotel kitchen environment
• Commitment to 5-star quality and standards
• Able to work in a team, reporting to the Head Chef
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP, able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
