Job Title: Early Childhood Care Specialist

As a key professional in the field of early childhood education, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that foster a positive learning environment. This role is crucial in enhancing the educational program and aesthetic surroundings to ensure the well-being and development of children.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement educational programs for children and families, taking into account their unique needs and requirements.
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes cognitive, emotional, and social development in children.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Key Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
