About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a People Systems Coordinator. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and day-to-day assistance across our people systems landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our HR systems, including PayGlobal, MYOB ESS, Dayforce, SNOW, and LNC apps.
  • Ensure master data integrity and provide solutions to data integrity issues, minimizing the need for People Team members to check data.
  • Support user experience and encourage self-service within our people systems to increase efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Assist in awareness building around systems for the People Team, including supporting 1-on-1s, creating guides, and delivering training sessions.
  • Drive innovation and implement ideas and solutions within our people systems team digital roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and implement digital or automation solutions, such as macro-enabled templates, Adobe Sign, and Power Automate.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar HR or IT support role, preferably in a large organization.
  • Experience in HRIS and/or payroll systems is highly regarded, but not required.
  • Understanding of data management principles, with a focus on accuracy and minimizing errors.
  • Experience in reviewing business processes and consulting with users and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to present, brief, and host training sessions is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Willingness to learn and a natural curiosity for IT and systems.
