Our organisation is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to provide leadership and coordination of clinical practice, resources and patient care.
- This role will require proactive management and coordination of clinical practice, human, financial and material resources to achieve organisational goals and deliver cost-effective nursing services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals.

- Leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
