The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer/Reception Officer to join our team at one of our prominent clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and emergency response, as well as performing security and reception duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level security and customer service duties
- Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
- Respond to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance
- Assess and respond to situations of risk
- Access control and incident report writing
Monday to Friday, with access to our Employee Assistance Program, Employee Wellbeing Platform, and Security Services Industry Award rates reviewed annually.
Requirements:- Current Security License
- Control Room License (highly regarded)
- Current First Aid certificate
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters and willingness to work nights/weekends
