Role Description:

Our organization seeks a skilled Asset Management Professional to manage motor vehicle and personal contents insurance claims. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to manage high-volume caseloads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in lodging motor vehicle and personal contents insurance claims and oversee progress to completion.
  • Escalate complex matters to senior staff.
  • Utilize and update databases and customer files.
  • Handle phone inquiries in a timely manner.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in motor vehicle and contents insurance claims management.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of NSW Government services.
