Facilities Management Leader

The Facilities Management Leader will oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our Australian properties, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop long-term plans to optimize resources and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
  • Participate in feasibility studies and analysis of facilities/maintenance/Capital Expenditure projects.
  • Prepare and submit Capital Expenditure proposals, manage projects within timelines.
  • Ensure procurement of high-quality equipment at competitive rates.
  • Schedule and manage routine maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
  • Identify and implement energy and utility cost reduction strategies.
Requirements:
  • Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
  • Trade qualifications; Certified Plant Mechanic (CPMM) is an asset.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and supervising teams.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
