Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Recruitment Manager to drive student enrolments from GCNA through strategic marketing initiatives. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the future of student recruitment at Curtin College.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies to attract and increase student numbers from GCNA, with a focus on China, HK, South Korea, and Taiwan.
  • Optimise recruitment efforts to ensure high return on investment.
  • BUILD strong relationships with potential students through outreach, events, and personalised communication.
  • Manage education agents to expand recruitment channels and reach new markets.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to align recruitment efforts with institutional goals.
  • Analyse market trends to inform recruitment strategies and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, international education, or relevant fields.
  • Proven experience in international student recruitment, preferably with experience working with China market.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
  • Ability to travel.
