Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptional customer and team culture by delivering excellent patient service.
  • Prepare patients and facilities for treatment.
  • Assist Dentists chairside and coordinate treatment.
  • Provide instrument sterilisation and maintain infection control standards.
  • Greet patients, book appointments, and handle payments while ensuring confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Available Monday to Saturday.
  • Ideal candidate has 1+ year's experience in a similar role.
  • A motivated self-starter in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communicator with interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care.
  • Organised with attention to detail.
  • Skilled at building rapport with patients in a cheerful manner.
