Senior ESD Consultant Role Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with clients in tackling complex sustainability challenges and delivering high-quality tailored services.

Our team provides a range of services including ESD Master Planning, Town Planning Submissions, Energy Efficiency Reporting, CFD Services, NABERS Reporting, and Green Star Project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Green Star expertise, strong technical leadership skills, and the ability to leverage their own experience and skills to deliver industry-leading projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ESD solutions in a client-facing capacity.
  • Conduct life-cycle analysis, energy, thermal, daylight, and carbon modelling.
  • Produce Green Star and NABERS rating buildings.
  • Conduct BCA Section J Assessment.
  • Mentor junior consultants.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of consulting experience.
  • Qualification in Engineering or relevant science-based education.
  • Demonstrated skills and expertise in Sustainability, Green Star, NABERS, and Energy Rating assessments.
  • Strong personal professional brand in the sustainability sector and actively involved in the professional network.
  • Experience in sustainable building design with infrastructure/mining being beneficial.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian Building Codes and standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to do strategic business development.
