About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Vehicle Trolley Collection Team Member to join our dynamic team at Coles Supermarkets. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting trolleys from the carpark and local area, and returning them to our in-store trolley bays.
  • Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
  • Cleaning and maintaining shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.

About You:

  • A full unrestricted Australian drivers' license and a safe driving record.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, and to work autonomously and in a group setting.
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
  • A passion for working safely and adhering to Coles Safe Work practices.
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 17kgs and work in a fast-paced environment.
