Key Responsibilities:- Assist in food preparation and cooking of fish and chips to high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile kitchen and cooking areas to ensure a safe working environment
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Familiarize yourself with and follow all relevant food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Assist with setting up and packing down the mobile kitchen at events, ensuring timely and efficient operations
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and have reliable transport. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed is also essential.
