Job Title: Associate Director - Defence ICT Consulting

About the role:

  • Lead a consulting team to grow and expand a Defence ICT practice within a firm.
  • Foster a high-performing team while driving business growth and remaining hands-on in delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the Defence ICT practice through innovative strategies.
  • Nurture strong client relationships within Defence and associated stakeholders.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality outcomes and compliance with panel arrangements.
  • Manage recruitment, mentoring, and team development for a high-performing team.
  • Contribute to strategy, business development, and winning work within Defence and Government.

About You:

  • Possess extensive experience in Defence ICT projects.
  • Proven success in leadership roles.
  • Able to win and deliver work through panel arrangements (ICTPA experience highly desirable).
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and relationship-building.
  • Hold NV1/NV2/TSPV clearance.
